Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your golf gear is exactly what you need for your game.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Golf balls (once opened or used)
- GPS devices (if software has been activated)
- Caps, Hats & Visors (for hygiene reasons)
- Any personalized or custom-fit golf clubs
- Items that show signs of use or wear

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our customer service team will respond within 24-48 hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions and return address
- Any additional instructions if needed
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please include:
- All items in original condition
- Original packaging and tags
- Copy of your order confirmation or receipt
- Return authorization number clearly visible on the package
Step 4: Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective merchandise. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund to original payment method: 5-10 business days after processing
- Refund to store credit: Processed within 24 hours
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Store Credit: Available upon request for future purchases
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges to a different size, color, or product:

Since we serve golfers worldwide (excluding Asia and select remote areas), please note:
